Sleep coaching is about gently supporting your baby to develop healthy, age-appropriate sleep habits by working with their natural rhythms. While it’s normal for everyone to wake during the night, adults know how to settle back to sleep—babies need to learn this skill. With my gentle, responsive approach, your baby will gradually learn to fall asleep independently, self-settle during night wakings, nap more consistently, and follow a routine that supports their development and well-being.
We’ll start with a free discovery call—a chance for us to chat, for you to ask questions, and to see if I’m the right fit for your family. There’s no pressure—just a warm, open conversation to help you decide if you’d like to move forward together.
Sleep training isn't recommended before 4 months but you can start introducing healthy sleep habits from newborn. Sleep training is effective from 4 months to 3 years, with age-appropriate methods for each stage.
It may take longer than more rigid methods, but it’s often less stressful for everyone. Often results can be seen within the first 3-5 days. Consistency and patience are key.
You’ll have WhatsApp or email support from 9am to 6pm dependent on which package you choose either 7 days or 10 days. Feel free to message with any questions or concerns — I aim to respond within 2 hours to offer guidance, reassurance, and encouragement as you implement your sleep plan.

My in-house sleep packages are available to families who live within a 45 minute drive from Liverpool.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payment of your invoice is due at least 72 hours before the scheduled video 1:1 consultation.
If payment is not received on time, your customised Sleep Plan will not be written and your scheduled video 1:1 consultation will be rescheduled once payment has been made.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled video 1:1 consultation will be refunded at 50% of the fee.
No refunds will be given once a consultation has taken place and a personalised Sleep Plan has been created.
If you choose to delay beginning the plan after your private 1:1 consultation and Sleep Plan creation, no refunds will be provided.
In-Person Sleep Packages
To secure an in-person sleep package booking, a 50% deposit is required.
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 72 hours before your in-person sleep package begins or the scheduled video 1:1 consultation date (depending on the package you have chosen).
If the balance is not received by this time, the service will not go ahead and your deposit will be non-refundable.
