What is sleep training and is it right for us?

Sleep coaching is about gently supporting your baby to develop healthy, age-appropriate sleep habits by working with their natural rhythms. While it’s normal for everyone to wake during the night, adults know how to settle back to sleep—babies need to learn this skill. With my gentle, responsive approach, your baby will gradually learn to fall asleep independently, self-settle during night wakings, nap more consistently, and follow a routine that supports their development and well-being.


We’ll start with a free discovery call—a chance for us to chat, for you to ask questions, and to see if I’m the right fit for your family. There’s no pressure—just a warm, open conversation to help you decide if you’d like to move forward together.

What age can I start sleep training?

Sleep training isn't recommended before 4 months but you can start introducing healthy sleep habits from newborn. Sleep training is effective from 4 months to 3 years, with age-appropriate methods for each stage.

How long will it take to see results?

It may take longer than more rigid methods, but it’s often less stressful for everyone. Often results can be seen within the first 3-5 days. Consistency and patience are key.

What does WhatsApp/email support mean?

You’ll have WhatsApp or email support from 9am to 6pm throughout your support period. Feel free to message with any questions or concerns — we aim to respond within 2 hours to offer guidance, reassurance, and encouragement as you implement your sleep plan.

Is gentle sleep training effective ?
